Multinational publishers

Because some publishers have offices in more than one country, the actual country of publication of a continuing resource may be difficult to determine, or may vary. In order to avoid double ISSN assignments, one Centre assumes responsibility for particular multinational publishers in accordance with the agreements established between the appropriate ISSN Centres. The lists give the agreements established between ISSN Centres for the registration of continuing resources issued by multinational publishers.
